Founder and CEO, Sam Miller Hicks, has over 30 years experience in debt financing, sustainable business strategies, and impact investing. She led the development of Advance Global Capital's impact investment strategy which has deployed over $ 8 billion to small, women-led businesses in 68 countries. Working with a network of partners, Xanh's team brings together a wealth of experience in finance, impact assessment, philanthropy and sustainable development to support our clients in achieving their impact goals.
