Sam, Xanh's founder, designed and managed the implementation of Advance Global Capital's (AGC) impact function since its inception over ten years ago. AGC, a global impact investment manager with offices in London and Cape Town, has deployed over $8bn in working capital funds to small businesses in 68 countries, supporting 3.4 million jobs worldwide.
Under Sam's leadership, AGC has been recognized by leading impact industry global standards including: Emeritus Impact Fund Manager on the IA50 platform, 2X Global (gender lens) member, SFDR Article 9 signatory, PRI signatory and alignment with UN Sustainable Development Goals (Gender Equity, Decent Work and Economic Growth, Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure and Reduced Inequalities).
